Where can Stephen King adaptation Mr. Mercedes seen online, and is it on Netflix, Hulu or Prime? Stephen King is one of the most adapted writers ever, by far the vast majority of his novels have received a film or television version. Some of the most acclaimed films based on his work include Evil hotel even though the author himself has famously expressed disgust for the 1980 film – The Shawshank Redemption and The trains. King himself once stepped behind the camera in the 1986s Maximum overdrivewhich was a huge mess, but has gained a cult following.
Some of Stephen King’s novels are vast giants that are hard to shrink down to the length of the film. Some are better suited for miniseries or TV serieswith some of the better examples Salems Lot from director Tobe Hooper, Castle Rock and the underestimated The storm of the century. This is not to say that they all work, however, with the adaptation of Under the dome be considered a dud.
