Pokémon Go: Festival of Colors 2022 Eventguide

The Festival of Colors in Pokémon Go will introduce the game to Oricorio. This is a Pokémon from the Alola region with different regional shapes.

Festival of Colors will soon take place in Pokémon Go. As a celebration of Holi, a popular ancient Hindu love festival, Pokémon Go has its version of the event with new exclusives. During this time, coaches will be able to meet Oricorio for the very first time. This Pokémon originally made its debut in Pokémon Sun and Moon on Nintendo 3DS. As Pokémon Go is currently in its Season of Alola event, more Alolan Pokémon will find their way to the game. It is a time-limited event, so it is important to attend when it is active.

Festival of Colors 2022 Global Event will take place on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from kl. 10.00 local time to Sunday, March 20, 2022 at. 20.00 local time. As this is second season of the Alola event in Pokémon Go, Oricorio is the main star. What makes Oricorio so unique is that it has different shapes depending on where in the world the player is located. With four different versions to assemble, passionate trainers will have to travel the globe to assemble them all. Not only that, but there’s a new collection challenge that rewards players with 20,000 XP, 3,000 Stardust and an Oricorio encounter after completion.

As this event only lasts for about five days, the wild encounters, raid battles and field research meetings will be swapped. The Festival of Colors in Pokémon Go has its own range of rare spawns to encounter and catch. The main purpose of this event is to capture at least one Oricorio. As this is its debut event, its spawn rate will increase drastically until the event is over.
