MCU star Brie Larson reacts to Mrs. Marvel trailer

Carol Danvers / Captain Marvel himself, Brie Larson, reacts to the recently released trailer for the upcoming MCU show, Ms. Marvel, starring Iman Vellani.

Brie Larson reacts to the new trailer for the upcoming Disney + show, Ms. Marvel. She plays Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel – the first female superhero in MCU, and she’s been in the universe for several years now. After the Infinity Saga, Larson returns The Marvels where she will finally share the screen with Kamala Khan, who will first debut in her own show, Ms. Marvel.

As part of Marvel Studios’ efforts to expand its small screen footprint, Ms. Marvel will debut a brand new hero played by Iman Vellani. She will headline the upcoming show at Disney + led by Bad Boys for Life duo, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. Khan was first introduced in 2014, making her a relatively new character, but she quickly became a fan favorite as she was the first Muslim-American superhero to star in her own comic book series. The plot details for the project are still close, but Disney has already launched its marketing campaign with the debut of Ms. Marvel‘s first trailer.

Clock it in one minute and 48 seconds Ms. Marvel trailer gives fans their first proper look at Khan. The video establishes her as a fan-fiction writer who is in love with Captain Marvel. By this time, Larson and Vellani have already worked together in The Marvels. The couple is joined by Teyonnah Parris’ Monica Rambeau, who unlike Khan has a tainted opinion of Captain Marvel. It is still uncertain why Maria Rambeaus (Lashana Lynch) daughter grew up to despise her aunt Carol, however WandaVision made it clear that Monica nurtures some secret grudge against the superhero. Similarly, it is also uncertain how Khan came up with to idolize Danvers. In the comics, she witnessed the hero fight against Yon-Rogg, but while Anna Boden and Ryan Flecks Captain Marvel so rivals go against each other, it is unlikely that Khan witnessed it, for it took place in 1995, not to mention that the battle was in rather desolate surroundings.

While it has been confirmed that Larson and Vellani will eventually split the screen in The Marvelsit’s exciting whether Captain Marvel will make a cameo in Ms. Marvel. The hero was last seen under Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings‘post-credit scene, where she still seems to be busy doing some galactic work. That said, Danvers will appear in the upcoming Disney + show effectively ties her to Khan, making their future big-screen team-up easier to perform.
