Hannah Waddingham was afraid to start ‘breastfeeding’ while filming ‘Walk of Shame’ hearing her baby cry
Pregnancy is one of the most difficult times for women. It changes their lives in ways that men cannot understand. Especially for single working mothers, it gets extremely horrible. Game Of Thrones and Ted lasso Star Hannah waddingham juggled her job and parenting perfectly, but even she had her awkward moments. During the filming of the famous’Walk of shame‘on Game of Thrones, she could hear her 8-week-old daughter crying behind the set, and she was worried about being able to breastfeed while filming.
Waddingham told The White Wine podcast: “So my daughter was eight weeks old when I went out with my friend and I had the really embarrassing moment of being in my wimple and nun dress. And I could hear my daughter crying, like, backstage, behind the building for that first part of the Walk of Shame. “
“And I thought, oh my god, I’m gonna start breastfeeding through my [clothes]… But fortunately not!
Waddingham also spoke about the experience of waterboarding as part of the role on Game of Thrones.
She said, “I was at David Benioff’s birthday party, and we were all discussing it because recently it was said in the press that I said I had been waterboarding for 10 hours and it was the worst day of my life apart from childbirth.
“What I actually said was next to childbirth, but I would do it 100% again. Because you know they’re not really gonna kill you.
